While many recipes use egg and breadcrumbs to stick their meatballs together (yes… sticky Balls!) we use gluten-free oats to bind our Balls. Not only does this ensure they’re safe for Coeliacs and those choosing to follow a gluten-free diet, it also makes for an incredibly meaty texture!
